My heart just broke in hearing the news of his passing. I never got to meet Wayne in person but worked with him professionally remotely. Every once in a while, he would take time out of his day and send me a note out of the blue to encourage me and say positive things about my work — what a BIG HEART! He was a true professional who treated his candidates and colleagues with respect, kindness and care. The world is a sadder place without his warmth and kindness.
